- 34,000 square foot brewing and production facility
- Fully automated 50 BBL 5 Vessel Rolec brewhouse
- Over 1,000 barrels of fermentation capacity
- Versatile fermentation tanks ranging from 30 to 250 BBL
- Centrifuge for efficient beer clarification and processing
- Temperature-controlled cold storage
- State-of-the-art quality control and analytical laboratory
QUALITY CONTROL
- Comprehensive in-house quality control lab equipped with advanced testing and analytical capabilities
- Sensory evaluation and taste testing for new and existing products
- Quantitative PCR testing for quality assurance and microbial detection
- Advanced laboratory testing, including microbial plating, spectrophotometry, thermocycling, dissolved oxygen and carbonation analysis
- Multiple quality control checkpoints throughout production, from initial liquid processing to finished packaging
- Custom recipe formulation and product development
- Regulatory compliance reviews to ensure products meet applicable government standards
PACKAGING
- High-speed CRT volumetric canning line
- Multiple can formats, including 12 oz standard, 12 oz sleek, 16 oz, and 19.2 oz
- Flexible packaging options, including 4-packs, 6-packs, 12-packs, PakTech carriers, and loose cans
- Kegging capabilities for 1/2 BBL and 1/6 BBL formats
